Burrito Brothers
Peter founded the Washington, DC restaurant group Burrito Brothers, which became a haven for great California-style burritos in the Washington area during the 1990's. His burrito obsession led him on an international quest for the origin of the burrito, a trip that was documented by a series of audio postcards on NPR's All Things Considered, and by articles in The Washington Post and Chile Pepper Magazine.

Eco-Rock
A series of animated music videos for kids on ecology. Currently in development.

Americana Motel
Produced by Peter and released on his label Bay Gumbo Music, the CD is an overview of the americana music scene in the Washington, DC area and was named one of the top ten releases of 2001.
